uploading a file to the server

You can upload a file to the server. In this case hashes of the file will be calculated on the server and added to the database. If you have previously logged in, the file will be marked as once already owned by you.

file:
license:		license under which this file copy was published.
age limit:		People under the age threshold will not be able to see links to the file instance.
public comment:		This comment will be visible to everyone. Maximum length: 250 characters. You can only have one public comment per file instance.
private comment:		This comment will only be visible to you. Maximum length: 250 characters.
